A long-distance Reiki session + guided meditation to help you rest, replenish and renew your energy at the New Moon.

Step into a monthly sanctuary to receive long-distance Reiki and energy healing designed to support your body, mind, heart and spirit. Lindsay-Rose will hold a sacred group healing session from a distance, channelling Reiki and energy to nourish your physical, emotional and mental health and to nurture your spiritual growth. In this journey, you’ll be invited to set intentions: what you’re ready to release, what needs healing, and what you’re welcoming and calling in for the weeks ahead.

How it works:

1. Register to receive this month’s Renew with Reiki session.

2. The day before the session, you’ll receive an audio recording for you to listen to during the long distance reiki healing the following evening (or beforehand if you prefer).

3. On the evening of the long distance reiki, you are welcome to rest and receive while listening to the guided reiki renewal audio… or not. Whether you are intentionally pausing, or simply living life as is, or already asleep for the night, the reiki and energy will find its way to you through the quantum energy field of life.

In the audio journey, there will be guided prompts for you to set intentions of what you hope the energy will heal, or shift or call in for you in your life. You can do this ahead of time through mindfulness or journaling, or during the long distance reiki portion.

4. Participants will receive a follow up email in the days after, with any wisdom or insights Lindsay Rose channelled during the session for the group participants.

You’ll have the guided meditation audio recording to listen to again and again in time to come. Reconnect with the energy each time and follow the intuitive guidance for a deeper healing experience. Consider it another tool for your health and wellness resource kit.

This offering is created for those seeking calm, clarity, and renewal. It’s an ongoing rhythm of care to help you feel grounded, supported, and connected to your highest well-being. You are welcome to join this offer monthly, or from time to time as needed. Sessions will be synced to the lunar cycle of the season for added potency and purpose.

I invite you to choose an amount that feels right for your heart and current circumstances. Your presence and participation are what truly matter — and your contribution helps sustain this work and keeps it available to others.
