When becoming an energy worker, such as a Reiki practitioner, the connection between you and your teacher is important.

My teaching style is unique. I bring the caring and nurturing support you need to grow and learn, while also maintaining a warm “make yourself comfortable in my space” approach that is often laced with humour. I want this experience to be both enriching and enjoyable. Many clients say that working with me feels “like hanging out with a friend.”

I recognize that everyone arrives with different levels of experience and learning. Wherever you are in your journey, I aim to help you feel comfortable, accepted, supported, and a sense of belonging when we work together.

I learned Reiki over 25 years ago and have had the pleasure of working professionally with thousands of clients and students both locally and internationally. Because of this, I often teach and mentor from my lived experience as a long-time practitioner in the field.

Learning Reiki can impact you for the rest of your life, often in ways you may not yet imagine. I feel deeply blessed and honoured to be part of this journey with you, and I look forward to working together.
